Floor spring offset hung and center hung installed in the concrete beneath the surface of the floor for total concealment. Royal Max (UK) RM-BFS-846 comes complete with a bottom arm, top pivot, cement case and floor plate.
Easy installation for right and left hand single-action and double action doors.
Easy to adapt individual requirements with dual valve control 130°~10° and 10°-0°. Interchangeable spindle inserts available to suit site conditions.
Smooth closing ensures easy door operation Optional integrated single point hold-open at 90°.

The floor spring has two controlled closing ranges:
Valve 1: 130° – 0° sweep
Valve 2: Increases the closing speed between 130° and 10°.
Hold-open
With optional integrated single-point hold-open at 90°.

Spindle Inserts
